As discussed, we connected with you and confirmed that there is a requirement to move all managed endpoints from one cloud console to another existing cloud console. We also confirmed that the additional license seats has already been procured and is available in the destination cloud console where the agents need to be migrated.

To proceed with creating the migration patch, we require a Support Tool log collected from an endpoint that needs to be migrated, along with a copy of the installer.xml file from the new company console where the agent should reflect after migration.

You can obtain the installer.xml file by following the steps below:
Network → Packages → Select the installation package → Download → Select “Windows Full Kit” → Unarchive the package. The installer.xml file will be available within the extracted files.
