Required MSI Installer - BDGZ

To create the MSI file for your desired package, you can refer to the official Bitdefender B2B guide here. Alternatively, we will require the Bitdefender Installer file for the package you want to generate the .MSI setup for.

Kindly provide the installer file so we can proceed with creating the MSI package. Please follow these steps to download the installer:

  • Log in to the GravityZone Control Center (GZ Console).
  • Navigate to Network > Installation Packages.
  • Select or Create the installation package you wish to download.
  • Click on Download at the top of the table and choose Windows Downloader.
  • The installation package will be saved to your default download location as an EXE file.
  • Please send the EXE file to us without renaming it.
Important: This process currently does not support installation packages with proxy settings.

Once we receive the installer file, we will proceed with creating the MSI package for you.
