Proxy Configuration Steps for Incident Server Communication Issue
Hello Team,
If the issue is related to the incident server and the agent is showing an error message, and if you have a Relay configured, please note that the Relay configuration does not apply directly to this communication. In this case, kindly configure the Proxy settings as mentioned below:
- Go to the Policies section in the GravityZone Console and open the policy applied to the affected endpoints.
- Navigate to:
Agent > Settings > Proxy Configuration - Enter the IP Address of the Relay.
- Enter port 7076.
- Make sure to remove “username” from the Username field.
- Then go to:
Agent > Communication > Communication between endpoints and Relays or Gravity Zone - Select the option:
“Use the proxy defined in Agent > Settings”
After completing the changes, click on Save to apply the configuration and send the updated policy to the endpoints.
