On Premises Pre-Requisites - Isolated Network

Hello Team,

Please find the minimum requirements for deploying the GravityZone On-premises isolated console for up to 200 (without Application Control) users below:

Hardware: Offline Server
Processor: Virtual equivalent to 8 vCPU (Quad-Core 2.4GHz or above)
RAM: 16 GB (Host system should have more)
Free Disk Space: 512 GB (SSD Recommended)

Hardware: Online Server (Requires Internet; will only be used for downloading updates)
Processor: Virtual equivalent to 4 vCPU (Quad-Core 2.4GHz or above)
RAM: 8 GB (Host system should have more)
Free Disk Space: 256 GB (SSD Recommended)

Note: It is recommended to install the Online server first to download the full archive.

Software Requirements

Any hypervisor (VirtualBox recommended)

GravityZone Console is delivered as a virtual appliance with a pre-configured, hardened Ubuntu Linux OS. It is available in the following formats:

OVA: Compatible with VMware vSphere, View, and VMware Player
XVA: Compatible with Citrix XenServer, XenDesktop, VDI-in-a-Box
VHD: Compatible with Microsoft Hyper-V
OVF: Compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization*
OVF: Compatible with Oracle VM*

Please download the GravityZone appliance setup from the following link, based on your preferred environment:

Tools Required for Installation
- Putty
- WinSCP

Installation Preparation
- Full Archive & Bootstrap File from the Online Server
- GravityZone Virtual Appliance Image
- Offline server ready with virtualization software
- Network configurations ready
- Ensure all the necessary ports are allowed as per the following link for communication ports:
- DNS names or fixed IP addresses (either by static configuration or via a DHCP reservation)
- License keys (with Offline Activation Keys) If you haven't received the offline activation keys, please email Support@bdsoft.in and attach your license certificate.
- Proxy Server Settings (if you are using a proxy)

Please confirm once all installation requirements are ready so we can proceed further.
